Reunion

Noodle says, "Yay, now that Daddy's back, I get to have real exercise!"

It's been a week since my husband came back home from Afghanistan, and we've been enjoying every minute together. We are set to move to our next duty station in Georgia in October. Since he deployed within a month after we moved to Colorado, I wanted to show him some of the tourist attractions in Colorado Springs before we go.

We got to get up close and personal with the giraffes. At Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, you're allowed to feed them.

Peacocks are so tame here that they roam around the zoo cage-free.

At some point between hubby's homecoming and moving to our new duty station, I will get writing done. I promise....
